A Simple Way To Make Frozen Chocolate Milk
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate Syrup
Non Fat Milk
TOOLS:
Empty Ice Tray
Table knife
Blender or Food Processor
- Fill the ice tray with non fat milk and freeze overnight.
- I tried this with non fat milk because it is the most like water, and I know milk can be a bit tricky to freeze right.
- But if you try it 1% or 2% let me know how it went.
- The next day empty the ice tray of the frozen cubes.
- At first mine wouldn't budge, but when I applied pressure to a table knife on one edge (like the video linked here)
- and they jumped out of the tray.
- Put the cubes into your food processor or blender.
- Add chocolate syrup to taste.
- Blend
- ENJOY Frozen Chocolate Milk
- Easy Alteration: Add a banana.
