I turned a Graduation Gown into a ball gown.

1. Lay out your gown
2. Cut out the collar back and front. I ended up with jagged edges because my scissors were not sharp enough.
5. Tie the two front halves of the sleeves together. See video.
6. Tie the two back halves of the sleeves together. See Video.
7. I added a black belt and a tulle underskirt which I made, and will blog about next.
